Emergency Servicing

We provide emergency electrical and mechanical support for machine failure and shift coverage to ensure the impact of downtime on your business is minimal.

Shift Coverage

Gaps in your schedule? Give us a call! We deploy our trained 309 and 442 electricians, as well as millwrights, to your locaton to cover shifts. Whether it's an emergency coverage or filling in for a planned absence, our reliable team will slot in seamlessly to keep your operations running smoothly.

Electrical Services

Our ESA qualified 309 and 442 electricians offer shift coverage and preventative maintenance to keep your operations running smoothly. We also offer controls troubleshooting, process equipment installation, and thermal panel inspections.

Millwrighting Services

Our millwrights offer preventative maintenance for industrial machines, troubleshooting, and specialized machine installation. Unlike many competiting rigging companies, our team can do the physical installation and the electrical installation, making us a one stop shop for machine installs.

Predictive Maintenance

Predictive maintenance is the future of maintenance work. Unlike preventative maintenance, which relies on regularly scheduled maintenance to minimize risk of equipment failures, predictive maintenance uses technology to gain insight into equipment performance. This allows us to extend the lifetime of vital assets, maximize production time, and plan for repair work - all while avoiding downtime.

Additional Maintenance

Vibration Analysis - we use a vibration sensor to determine motor functionality before critical failure is reached, allowing us to provide necessary maintenance and avoid gaps in service.

Thermography - using an infrared camera to measure heat, we can see electrical problems early and make the required fixes.
